Endurance Capital and Five Star Storage Expand into Nebraska with Acquisition of Three Facilities
Endurance Capital is excited to announce that its most recent self-storage fund (“FundII”) has acquired three self-storage facilities in Nebraska which will be operated by Endurance’s affiliate, Five Star Storage. This expansion marks Five Star Storage’s first entry into the Nebraska market and sixth state overall, further strengthening its regional presence and commitment to providing high-quality storage solutions across the Midwest.
The newly acquired properties are strategically located to serve residents and businesses in Omaha MSA and Lincoln:
- 802 Cary Street, Bellevue, NE 68147
- 1801 Pioneers Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68502
- 5350 Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln, NE 68504
Together, these facilities add an abundance of secure, convenient storage space to the Five Star Storage portfolio. Each facility features a range of unit sizes designed to accommodate personal, household, and business storage needs.
