Our purpose is to build value that extends beyond ourselves and our lifetimes.
We are a team of investors, building with shared values. We seek to create enduring value for many—not short-term gain for a few.
1. Purpose
We are a team of investors, building with shared values. We seek to create enduring value for many—not short-term gain for a few.
We're building with these values:
Partnership over time
We will be a trusted partner to great businesses. Because endurance needs relationship.
Character over time
We will bring integrity and a Midwestern work ethic to everything we do. Because endurance doesn’t take shortcuts.
Adaptability over time
We will try, test, learn, and build in pursuit of continuous improvement. Because endurance embraces new possibilities.
Service over time
We seek to honor people and their interests ahead of our own gain. Because endurance requires sacrifice.
2. Philosophy
We invest enduring equity to perpetuate the forward motion of a great business.
Enduring equity is an investment strategy that positions businesses for the great possibilities that can only be built with a long-term outlook. The businesses we invest in are meeting needs and solving problems that make lives and communities better. We ensure they can keep building without the risk of interruption, whether when a founder departs or otherwise.

The mindset of Enduring Equity:
Holds a company indefinitely
Ensures operations and culture continue as they are
Preserves a founder’s legacy and vision
Develops existing management team
Creates long-term value for many
Negotiates without an exit in mind
